In 1963 Monica Zetterlund sang Once Upon a Time In Stockholm in the European Song Contest. At the close of the voting she had received no points placing last. This is the only time to date Sweden has scored zero points. The song  and the performance is absolutely stunning  and has outlived most of the songs ever preformed in this absurd and highly viewed contest. This issue is a tribute to Monica Zetterlund and Stockholm.
