What We’re Eating

Maxine: Egg mayo sandwich from St. John (which is just by our office!) for lunch and for dinner Noodle & Snack, for its hand pulled Biang Biang noodles specifically.

Mia: Eel sandwich and a chicken pie from Quo Vadis

Kat: Farmer J’s lunch on tap, big lump of beef. I am devastated by the loss of the sesame cabbage from the side menu.

Coco: Me and the girls were treated to a wonderful bbq by Mia for her birthday, which consisted of a gorgeous spatchcocked Vietnamese inspired chicken and much more.

Where We’re Drinking

Maxine: A copious amount of wine from any establishment in Soho will do, it’s what gets me through the weeks.

Mia: I am perfecting Masala Chai after my holiday to Rajasthan. 

Kat: Negronis from Pantry in Forest Hill. 

Coco: The green tea slushie with tequila from Cafe Mondo in Camberwell.

What We’re Going To See

Maxine: I accidentally stumbled upon some art in Nando's Soho.

Mia: Trisha's got talent which is on the last Tuesday of each month, get the microphone ready. 

Kat: The Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Mona Lisa all in Paris, Beret at the ready.

Coco: A piano recital with my mum by the musician Yuchen Lim at the Royal Albert Hall.

What We’re Recommending

Maxine: A bottle of sparkling water on a hangover.

Mia: I’m challenging  Wim Hof at the Camberwell saunas in Ruskin Park for an icy plunge and a detox steam.

Kat: A relaxing lounge in Grays inn square - Open 12:30 - 2:30pm.

Coco: Sunbeds and reformer pilates to get  my summer bod ready.

What We’re Reading

Mia: Ira Levin’s 1967 Rosemary's Baby after Coco recommended it to me. 

Maxine: Rosemary's Baby after Mia recommended it to me following Coco recommending it. 

Kat:  Kitchen (1988) by Banana Yoshimoto. I’m only 10 pages in but very hopeful I can make it to the end. 

Coco: 1992’s The Secret History by Donna Tart, after Mia recommended it over a lengthy lunch. 

What We’re Buying

Maxine: A pair of jeans from depop that did not fit. 

Mia: Slim fit Havianas in pink and purple to wear at the spa. 

Kat: A whole new wardrobe on Vinted ready for the summer.

Coco: Badges and T-shirts from the Peckham car boot sale.
