JOY

JOY is a celebration of trans identity, queerness, and community. This limited-edition run of 200 zines was launched on the 3rd of June at a community-focused gallery, Allotment in East London. At its core, JOY is a love letter to the extraordinary people I met during TransWeek. The publication brings together photography, personal narratives, and community voices to highlight the beauty, resilience, and JOY within the trans community. The zine includes an article on Trans youth by Max Keller, alongside two written pieces by well-known Trans advocate Dallas Denny. The foreword written by Mariette Pathy Allen, a deeply trusted and celebrated photographer whose work has long documented and supported the Trans community.
