"This Solarium Object House began from a direction of work I have long envisioned. Through various experiences, I wanted to grow into a mature individual and into a single, cohesive collection. With the wish to gather moments I want to remember and objects I want to collect, I started Solarium Object House.
This first journal, “SUN & WAVE,”was inspired by the sun and sea of Barcelona. The light there is not simply bright. it slowly changes with the flow of time, revealing the texture of each space. The rhythm of the seaside, the plane trees and olive leaves swaying along the
streets, and the colorful tiles scattered throughout the city all held different colors and shadows depending on the direction of the sun.
I carried those scenes in my heart. In the warmth of the sun, the movement of the waves, and the spaces in between, we make objects, find forms, and learn the rhythm of life. Each grain of wood, each texture of glaze, each color of tile became a record of that time and a
trace of conversation.
And now, Solarium Object seeks to grow into a collection that carries stories within objects. I hope that objects filled with stories will go beyond being simple things and become objects of collection. Slowly building the shapes of emotion and time, I hope they will grow into a single, meaningful collection."
