Fantasy Dress Up is a bi-annual print magazine based in NYC, which focuses on creating a critical dialogue between mass culture and high fashion. The magazine follows the creation of a successful Instagram and blog which paired celebrity faces with the high fashion runway looks they should be wearing.
Season Two: Very Hollywood features the work of Luis Sanchis, Buck Ellison, Kelly Neeman, Jeff Burton, Ryan Shorosky, Marius Hansen, Isabel Magowan, and Richie Talboy. This issue explores fame in our society through the lens of fashion from the celebrity impersonators on Hollywood Boulevard by Ryan Shorosky to a dramatic reading by model Joan Severence and a reimagining of a future social media star by Vesperucca and Richie Talboy to an examination of the work in Hollywood of photographer Jeff Burton. The cover shows a brilliant take on Brandi Quinones, an iconic American fashion model of the 90's photographed by the seminal Luis Sanchis and styled by Tereza Ortiz.
Fantasy Dress Up is presented by Creative Director & Founder Lucas Lefler and Photo Director & Founder Richie Talboy
