Not something with tweezers and fancy,\r\nfolded napkins,” says Emil Alsbo.\r\nIf you have a good base of very basic Italian ingredients in your kitchen,\r\nyou hardly need to shop. One of the book’s recipes consists of just garlic,\r\nanchovies, chili and parmesan, plus pasta and olive oil.
