OSTERIA 16 NO. 2 is the English translation of the second cookbook by the Copenhagen-based restaurant Osteria 16. The book presents 82 new dishes built on the same principles: few ingredients, prepared with care, inspired by Italian cuisine and created to be shared.
The book features antipasti, pasta, risotto, polenta, vegetables and desserts. With a foreword by Synne Rifbjerg.
