Retailer Trade Terms

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the trade agreement between
Antenne Books and the retailer for orders from our UK and EU warehouse.

1. New Trade Accounts
To set up a trade account, please e-mail mia@antennebooks.com

2. Delivery

2.1 Antenne Books offers free UK delivery on all orders with a retail value of £40 or more.

2.2 For retailers outside of the UK or for deliveries fewer than £40 value, delivery rates vary depending on the delivery destination, value and size of order. The best value shipping option will be used, unless you request otherwise.

3. Discount

3.1 Antenne Books offers a 40% wholesale discount on all publications.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Antenne Books in unable to offer consignment.

4.2 Payment is due from the retailer 30 days following the invoice date.

4.3 Antenne Books reserves the right to charge the retailer late payment interest at 8.5% pa on payments received after the 30-day period issued on the original invoice.

4.4 Antenne Book reserves the right to withhold future orders from retailers, where an invoice overdue 30 days or longer is outstanding.

5. Returns & Credit Notes

5.1 For UK returns, please contact sales@gazellebookservices.co.uk to authorise a return, advising the original invoice number(s), EANs and quantities you wish to return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5.2 For EU returns, please contact mia@antennebooks.com to authorise a return, advising the original invoice number(s), EANs and quantities you wish to return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5.3 Upon confirmation, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN number must be clearly stated on the returned parcel.

5.4 Antenne Books are able to accept returns within the following period:
i. No sooner than 3 months after the receipt of titles
ii. No later than 12 months after the receipt of titles

5.5 The delivery cost of returns is to be assumed by the retailer.

5.6 With the exception of magazines (please see point 5.11 below), Antenne Books are only able to accept returns that are undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. Stock that is returned marked, shop soiled or damaged in any other way will not be credited and cannot
be returned to the retailer.

5.7 Once the return is processed, the titles are checked for condition and the appropriate credit is raised.

5.8 The titles returned must still be distributed by the Company at the time authorisation for return is requested.

5.9 Returns must not exceed 10% of the total invoiced value on the trade account over the prior twelve-month period.

5.10 Credit notes will be provided within 30 days of the receipt and acceptance of returns.

5.11 Credit will be deducted from future orders only. Credit notes cannot be paid to the retailer.

5.12 Unsold magazines (with a retail value of £49 or less) may be returned by providing a photo of the removed covers and masthead pages. All unsold magazines (with a retail value of £49 or more) must be physically returned to the relevant returns address.

6. Payment Methods UK

6.1 Payments to Antenne Books can be made via Gazelle Books Services bank account.

6.2 Where applicable, the retailer is to assume the cost of any transaction fees incurred from international bank transfers to the Gazelle Book Services bank account.

6. Payment Methods EU

7.1 Payments to Antenne Books can be made via Antenne Books EU bank account.

6.2 Where applicable, the retailer is to assume the cost of any transaction fees incurred from international bank transfers to the Antenne Books bank account.
