How do I place a trade order?

We offer a 40% discount RRP across our entire catalogue & free shipping for orders over £40 in the UK.

How do I order from your EU warehouse?

We recently opened a warehouse in Germany to reduce costs for our EU retailers. We hold a selection of our best-selling books and magazines here.

Will I have to pay customs tax?

Yes, it is the retailer's responsibility to clear any custom or import charges which may occur. Customs charges vary country to country. If you do not pay the necessary customs clearance, your order will be returned to the warehouse.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders from our UK warehouse are dispatched with next day delivery within the UK.

For ROW please allow 7-10 days.

What is Antenne Books and how does it work?

Antenne Books is a book distributor based in London with warehouses in the UK and EU. Antenne Books takes books, zines and magazines on a consignment basis and distributes them via independent bookstores and galleries worldwide.

Antenne Books works on a commission split basis of your title(s) RRP of 20% to Antenne, 40% to the publisher and 40% to the retailer.

Does my publication need an ISBN and a barcode?

No, an ISBN and a barcode are not mandatory, but we strongly recommend including both on all publications. Titles without an ISBN and a printed barcode require additional labelling and barcode generation at our warehouses, this incurs extra costs and increases labor requirements, due to this it also delays the processing of your publication upon arrival at our warehouses.

Having an ISBN also enables us to offer the publications to a wider selection of retailers, as many book retailers require an ISBN.
How do I ship my goods to your warehouse(s)?

All publishers are liable to cover shipping costs. You will receive specific instructions explaining our shipping and customs process.

You can ship directly from your printer if you prefer.

Depending on your location we have multiple hubs in Europe and America.

Can I continue to sell on my online store and at book fairs? 

Yes, you can exhibit at any book fair and sell via your own online store.
When will I receive payment?

You will receive your first sales report after 6 months. You will need to send an invoice with the amount shown with 30 day payment terms. Antenne Books cannot pay upfront for any titles that we take on.
Can you provide me with a stockist list for my website and social media?

We provide stockists lists after 8 weeks which you can share on your social media and website.
Are you GPSR Compliant?

Yes, Antenne Books and all our publishers are EU and GPSR Compliant.

Online Orders

How long will it take for my online order to be delivered?

Delivery within the UK takes around 3-5 working days.

For ROW please allow 7-14 days.

When will my tracking be available?

Tracking is updated as soon as your order is dispatched.

Will I have to pay custom charges?

Yes, you will receive an email notification from the local customs authority.

It is the customers responsibility to clear any custom and import charges.
