This second issue of Dial In features A Matter of Concrete from Rotterdam in the Netherlands, pretty sacred ground for coffee roasters. Rob Clarijs, the founder and creator of A.M.O.C tells us the story on how he got to where he is today and what it means to create a brand like A.M.O.C. From the UNESCO World Heritage site that they toast out of to the people and partnerships that are key to their operations, this second issue takes you on a journey through Rom and A.M.O.C.'s reasonably new but unique story. With features and Q&A's from the ;oles of Slayer, Loring, SOVDA, OREA, SIbarist and some amazing stories and images from origin thanks to Herbert Peñaloza. There is also plenty from Rob himself, and a special touch of uniqueness thanks to SIbarist supplying us with their FAST and B3 filter paper technologies to use as pages for the magazine. We are very grateful to have worked with Rob and the team and excited to bring you issue #2.
